"They had a hot tub and a spa and large room. Their food was delicious and cheaper than i thought. The downside they had fewer staff outside the pool area to ask for help. The best thing they had the best customer service at the front desk, we had to ask them a big favor since expedia had a glitch on our reservation and they allowed 4 of us to stay in the family room instead of 3 without charging us an extra fee.😊"

"Overall, my stay was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious with a large, clean bathroom. Good value for money. However, the bed sheets weren’t changed during my stay despite what was mentioned in the description, and there was no toaster or iron. The window couldn’t be opened, so the room felt a bit dark in the mornings. Apart from these small issues, everything else was fine and comfortable."

Luckily I stayed here only for two nights; they put on a condo, with no lift, nobody to help with our heavy suitcase.......at second floor! At first we could immediately appreciate the drain pipes of the shower and bathroom: we loved having a shower in our own water because it could not be drained........... "Fantastic hotel. Location can’t be beat. The pool has a stunning view. Breakfast was truly phenomenal (maybe the best I’ve ever had??) and all the staff were really lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. My one “complaint” is that the bathroom/shower lacked privacy and felt oddly placed. We also had very little room to move/ storage options with just two carry ons and two backpacks. Would still stay there again in a heartbeat! Very satisfied."

The sea view apartment has a great view. Kitchen was well equipped except that there was no pan among the utensils. We see a paper towel rack but no paper towel. "A must stay! This place is truly perfect. It has a small, cozy, local feeling while having all the amenities of a large hotel. The breakfast had such a variety and all the food was so delicious! The pools are all beautiful and were never busy. A couple of the previous reviews are misleading in that they make the place seem like a bunch of buildings spread out and insisting you stay in the “main” building.
