"The grounds are beautiful and the room was clean. Very quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous mountain view. Best to keep the bathroom door closed when running the AC to help cool the room better. The wifi isnt great but used it sparingly. I would recommend and would stay here again."

"Clean room, staff very friendly & helpful, convenient location. However, the stoppers on both the bathroom sink and the tub were missing or non-functional, and the fixture on the tub’s faucet that switches it to the shower was broken off, so we could not take a shower OR a bath! When I reported it (after we were completely unpacked), the front desk clerk was very nice about letting us switch rooms, but it was late at night, we were exhausted, and had to pack up everything to move to another room. In addition, the Jacuzzi was broken (the water was not even tepid/lukewarm at best, much less hot) both days we were there. Considering the temps were in the high 90s, this might not have been a problem for most, but I like to use the Jacuzzi just before bed when it’s cooler outside."

"My room flooded and wet my things. Room had no iron. They didn’t clean the room while k was gone.lobby isn’t open. They give a number after hours but no one picks up."
