Room was super clean, staff was very nice and responsive! They even sent a text & were available 24/7 fast response. The tennis courts, pools, pool table, gym, and free bikes for around town were perfect too. Overall great stay even though I stayed for one night. Will come back and enjoy all the amenities next time! Bed was sooo comfortable, had a mattress topper on it which was a plus

Wonderful stay!!! Excellent location (walkable to great shops and dining), and the property itself has so much to offer…pools, bikes, tennis, pickleball, croquet, yard games, etc. The food was outstanding and the on-site bar was a bonus. So nice to finally have a family-friendly option in PS. Loved it!!

Casa Palma ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Exceptional experience at Casa Palma. I have been to luxurious Hotels around the world; Casa Palma caught my heart! Everything is beyond wonderful. Front desk staff and housekeeping are very kind and professional; They check on you to make sure that you don’t need anything. Place is very clean and beautiful; love the minimalist design. Wonderful sunrise and sunset views from the pool to take souvenir pictures. You can walk to downtown where you find coffee shop and local shop too. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come back again.

When I got to the place it was as beautiful as it looked in the pictures on the website. The staff were welcoming, nice and friendly. When I got to my room it was clean, cute, and modernize perfectly. The bed was very comfortable it was like your sinking in the bed and cozied up also the pillows were soft and comfortable. It was the perfect touch that I needed for a calm relaxing vacation. I would definitely recommend staying there and would definitely come back.

First time staying here. I recommend it because it was very clean. The grounds were meticulously maintained. The pool was heated with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and towels. A very small restaurant is on site with great food and very reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is nice and quiet but convenient to downtown.

Stunning hotel, chilled vibe, perfect.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful environment, lovely room, and the pool areas are impeccable. The tennis, pickleball, gym, bikes, and other available games are a really nice touch too. Great service from warm and friendly staff as well. We loved it and don’t want to leave.

The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. The 2 pools and hot tub were clean and inviting. The coffee was tasteful and we enjoyed sipping it outdoor in the terraced center area.The rooms are completely remodeled. There are many amenities including free bicycles, everything you need to play pickleball, a pool table and more.The manager, Alison, was welcoming, knowledgeable and very personable. The bed was little soft but certainly not enough to ever keep us from returning. We highly recommend!

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. We loved all the activities offered, and it was easy to spend all afternoon enjoying the pool and tennis court. We'd love to stay again!

We booked this whilst on a rd trip of the states. It was the most tranquil and relaxing hotel I have ever visited. I wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband and I enjoyed our time, it was clean and the staff was amazing. The hotel is five minutes from downtown making it a quick drive or bike ride (which is provided). We love the pool and that there were two options plus the fun games they provided. Can’t wait to see the bungalows once they are complete.

My husband and I spent the weekend here and it was absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. Very clean, and peaceful. Not one complaint. We will definitely be coming back. Beds were comfy, had everything we needed.
