"Great 2 night stay with the family. Rooms were large and had the benefit of having a fridge (superior double double) air con unit was a bit noisy. Staff lovely and friendly, pool area good however I found people eating and drinking in the pool a bit off putting but I guess that a cultural thing. "

"Always enjoy my stay staff here is always accommodating and helpful for the money i pay this fits perfect in my budget and will continue to return in the foreseeable future only on complaint i always get late checkout but housekeeping never seems to know that lol. But other than that rooms just right for me"

"Best part about the hotel is that it is centrally located in downtown Palm Springs and Pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and pool area had a great vibe! Two small complaints but would not deter me from staying there again….music during the day at the pool needs to be updated and more mainstream music. My car was valet in an open lot next to the hotel with no coverings for three days, should be underground parking when it’s 100 plus and it’s included in resort fee so you don’t have an option ton self park. "
