"We booked this hotel because it advertised a family friendly atmosphere on Expedia. Upon getting here, never have we had a less welcoming experience where we were told to leave the pool because kids weren't welcome at this time. We booked and paid the same as everyone else and on the Expedia site it says nothing about "specific times" for kids. We had to go check on the actual hotel site and click through several tabs before getting to the tiny fine print on the pool rules and even then it wasn’t fully clear.
We will never book again. We paid so much money only to be told we could not relax as we wanted to. If this is an adult hotel just say so...don't hide it. The family pool offered was absolutely not a resort pool and felt ostracized. It had no music, no bar and no restaurant (looked like a motel 6 pool). All around not ok for paying almost $1000 for 2 nights. The hotel needs to be clear on the front page of its advertising if it’s for families or for adults. "
