We liked the location as it’s close to the tennis centre in Indian Wells. "

"I stayed at a nonsmoking area / room and people were smoking right in front of our room. The hotel needs some improvements. Bed was really uncomfortable. I will not stay there again"

"The location is good and there are plenty of restaurants and the El Paseo Garden Mall is five minutes away. We were there for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and shuttle buses were available to take us to and from the garden. The hotel is older and the shower plumbing was not good. The breakfast was very nice."

"Reserved a room for 3 adults. On arrival, double bed was made, but no accommodation for the sofa bed. No sheets, no blankets, no pillows. Took some time for these items to arrive. Some items were forgotten and we had to request them again. I didn't expect to need to pull out the sofa bed, in addition to making it up. Wasn't great service!"
