I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Palm Beach Gardens. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. The staff was especially impressive, always welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Check in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, close to great shopping and dining options. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The room needs a remodel. It was clean, smelled clean. Checkin staff was ok. Beds are on the firm side. Pillows are nice. A/C is not cold and it is VERY loud so much so that you have to talk loudly within your room. My only true complaint is its old. Liked the shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
