i did not stay there. when i got there the place was saturated with a lot of homeless or misplaced people. it was not sanitary enough for me to stay there.

Das Hotel macht sowohl im Internet als auch von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es hat mit Sicherheit mal sehr gute Zeiten erlebt. Jetzt verfällt es, wird überhaupt nicht mehr gewartet und gepflegt. Die Zimmer starren vor Dreck. Bettwäsche dünn und voller Löcher, wir haben mit Strassen Kleidung geschlafen, weil wir uns so geekelt haben. Kaputt war folgendes: Fernseher, Fernbedienung, Fon, Nachttischlampe ohne Birne, Feuermelder abgebaut, Kühlschrank fehlt im leeren Schrank. Fussboden voller Brandflecken, Teppichboden mit klebriger Flüssigkeit getränkt. Bad Fliesen voller brauner klebriger Flecken, Badewanne so dreckig, dass wir nicht duschen konnten. Wirkönnen es nicht glauben, dass so ein Hotel überhaupt noch angeboten wird. Einfach ein Alptraum.

Stay at another hotel...I beg you!!

This hotel had one thing going for it; it was close to an event we were attending. Upon entering the hotel you are greeted by friendly staff. We checked in and found the smell of cat urine and our shabby uncleaned room revolting. We complained and were moved to the room nextdoor which was in worse disrepair with torn blankets, gashes out of the walls, unvaccumed floors with dog food on the floor of the closet and best of all...drumroll please, hairs in great numbers on the sheets of the bed. Ick! We promptly asked for a refund and checked out feeling the need to shower! Do not stay at this hotel unless you plan on a visit to your doctor for a round of Hep A,B,& C shots. I guess we should have taken the meth heads outside the hotel as a warning. Pay a few more dollars and stay at the Suburban Extended Stay in Melbourne, FL. It has recently been renovated with very friendly staff, clean rooms, and extremely comfortable beds!! The difference in cost is only $20 and WELL worth it!!!!

Horrifying

I did NOT stay....I have never been so horrified by a hotel. It was simply disgusting!

Ok for the money but needs to undergo upgrading.

The hotel is in a good location however it is old and in need of upgrades such as new carpet, décor, and other things one would expect when staying at a hotel. For example, the TV in the room was an old and did not pickup digital signals, there wasn't an iron in the room, no coffee maker, etc. All of which is a shame because this hotel is very capable of being as good or better than what it was when first built.

I wouldn't stay here

Nice employees, great service. However, this hotel is falling apart, physically. When I as there, the lobby had a ceiling leak, my ("non-smoking") room smelled like smoke and animal urine, had multiple carpet stains and wet spots, above the shower the ceiling panel was removed and wire was hanging below the ceiling level, there was a wet washcloth draped over the shower curtain rod...Ugh. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else in Palm Bay.

There was no breakfast even though it was advertised. The beds were not made on a daily basis, I can understand not changed. The floor was not vacuumed of visible debris. The front desk staff was friendly.

An Unforgettable Stay

Customer service was acceptable, but I will NOT revisit based on that!!

DO NOT STAY HERE....................

I was never so disappointed in a Hotel and staff in all my travels. Booking and paying for two rooms 3 months in advance obviously does not guarantee a place at the "Palm Bay Hotel and Conference Center". Upon arrival we were told two stories- 1. The front desk clerk told us our rooms were given away because we were "cleared" out of the system. And 2. By the manager the next day "Our rooms were still occupied and I just cant make 'em leave". Hotels.com rates this hotel as Fair, I would rate this as the worst travel experience ive ever had. A resounding POOR. Please for the sake of your vacation and the sanity of your family, Please do not stay here.

Just a place to rest your head

The hotel staff are working to make this hotel better. We were only using the hotel as a place to spend the night and it was perfect for that. There are three conference rooms. The rooms were just freshly painted. The parking lots were brightly lit. The hotel staff are very nice. I didn't swim in either the inside or exterior pool but I did see that there were people in the pools swimming.

Looks are deseaving

When you walk in it llooks grand and nice pool and sitting area. and then the smell in the room area was overwelming. The beds sunk in the middle. None of the vending machines were working. Because they allow pets, we had to deal with a barking dog. My son took pictures of all the things wrong in his room. There was hair hanging from the emergency water sprinkler. The toilet seat cover did not actually fit the toilet. The shower heads did not have much water come out of them. Cheap place, so you get what you pay for. Receptionist really nice.

Hotel to pick up son in military on change of post

was lead to believe this was part of Quality Inn.... booked a king size bed, got 2 full size beds, carpets and bedding was stained. Toilet had an incorrect size toilet seat, and was sooo dirty in the bathroom that I DID NOT shower. Hall way coming INTO the hotel from the parking lot had a HUGE grease stain on ceramic tile the full length of hall, had not mopped floors in quite some time... very very disappointed

Smoky and dirty

The entryway was promising, but the rooms had a musty smoky smell. We changed rooms 2 times and had the same problem. It felt dirty everywhere we were. We didn't stay there and changed hotels.

Worse Hotel I have stayed in

So bad I prepaid for two nights but checked out after only one night. Inside was dirty. Elevators and entire third floor smelled like cigarettes. Our room was non smoking and it smelled like cigs. Wife has asthma; terrible night. I apologized to my kids and went to another hotel.

It was atrocious! My wife and I arrived at the hotel a little after 11pm from a long drive from Clearwater tired and ready to go to bed. After checking in and on our way to the room, you can smell tobacco throughout the entire hotel. the elevator has a combination of urine and tobacco odor. the room itself had no refrigerator, no microwave oven and smells just as bad as the elevator and hallways. It was so awful that we had to leave right away. We drove to a Days Inn on Hwy.192, which was paradise compared to that dump at Palm Bay. That building needs to be condemned.

Disappointment with rental room.

We were welcomed into our room by large reddish stains on the carpeting which looked like blood residue. Following that, a cockroach decide to visit the night stand between the beds. The corners in the bathroom were filthy. Another visitation in the bathroom by the cousin (?) of the cockroach on the night stand. All in all, the cleanliness was atrocious. There was a cabinet for a refrigerator, but no refrigerator. Our comfort level was lowered when we noticed a guest carrying two chain saws into the hotel and up the elevator. We decided to move our vehicle to the front lot as there were two groups of people drinking beer in the side parking lot. Not the most comfortable sleepover.
