"This place is great if you want to stay a few nights. However if you have a long stay they charge extra for a cleaning and for extra towels. Not like regular hotels. But other than that the room is spacious the view is pleasant, it has a small kitchen which is great for breakfast and a market right outside. The location is great and the access is very easy. "The reception staff were very unprofessional I arrived earlier and asked if I could have breakfast and they said if pay 300 rials I could then I asked if i could only pay for the breakfast and they said no which is incorrect I also asked if I just could buy a coffee and they said no which is incorrect because I managed to buy a coffee. I left my suitcases there but when I got back to collect them the receptionist didn’t want to give me back one of my suitcases I have to insist few times that it was my suitcase and he kept on giving me funny looks very unpleasant and unprofessional The property is also very noisy because it is just next to the motor way The restaurant staff on the contrary were polite and helpful I will not recommend this property to anyone "

"Photos don’t do justice to xtay .It was a spotless building with luxury finishings and everything was automated .However if I had any questions I could contact them via chat and they would always respond kindly and fast .The room was gorgeous .Everything was thought of and it was very clean .Very spacious and comfortable.The building was right on the middle of a park where families spend their days .Well located too .Would definitively recommend ."
