"First I want to say is that this was the warmest reception and most welcoming experience we have had at any hotel! Amazing location and parking wasn't too hard to find but we did get in early. My complaint is not with the hotel but with the advertisement of some amenities advertised on Expedia, there is no hotel parking, valet parking, nor a pool and no spa treatment in thetraditionalsense. "Hardly anything for vegetarians during the breakfast and hard pillows. Some random guy kept coming to my room every day knock and enter and when he realises i am in he says he's just coming to check the room which was very strange. Also got an accessibility room for some reason"

"I only had a one night stay at Kala Rooms. The location is perfect, the room was clean, check-in was simple and communication with the owner was great. I would recommend Kala Rooms to anyone and when I return, I would not hesitate to book a longer stay."
