"The hotel is nice and mostly clean. The carpets in the rooms are very dirty (I understand this can be common with so many people in and out and shoes but they should invest in cleaning themm. My feet should not be filthy just walking around the room). The shower water pressure was pretty bad. We had an accessible room due to availability, so I am not sure if that is why. The power went out this morning (Sunday 08/23) while I was in the shower and it caused the already terrible water pressure to be even worse. The pool was small but nice. Only goes to 5 1/2 feet deep. Would have been nice if there was a hot tub as well. I guess for the price of the room, I expected a little more in terms of amenities. The breakfast was good BUT there definitely needs to be AT LEAST 2 waffle makers. Having a 20+ min line to make a waffle when you have kids is kinda frustrating, especially having the next person breathing down your neck waiting. Also, having a bit more of a variety of options for food would be nice as well. The basic eggs, sausage and potatoes was ok but having bacon, grits, maybe some veggies or something would be a nice addition. Finally, the parking situation. I was NOT told at check in that it was valet only. I was NOT told at check in that there was a daily parking fee. While these aren't an issue, the staff needs to be transparent. I should not have had the valet guys telling me when I tried to park my vehicle because I was not informed at check in."

"The employees were great and very accommodating. People here like to drink a lot and so it was very noisy all hours of the night. The hotel itself was good. Not a ton of room at the pool. The Tiki bar area was nice and there was live music on Saturday."

"The front office staff is always welcoming...even when it may have been several months since my previous stay. My room requests have ALWAYS been met, usually before checkin. On the occasions that I've requested a late checkout, I've always been accommodated. Parking has never been an issue. Rooms are always clean--even the smoking rooms smell fresh and don't reek of stale smoke. There are literally 100s of options when it comes to choosing accommodations in St. Augustine but I aways choose THIS Days Inn . Excellent value for price paid and the staff treat me like family!"

"The location was excellent! Pool, shuffle board, and tennis court right outside our sliding door! The condo had enough room for our crew of 5. I wouldn’t recommend this place for more than 5. The kitchen dishes all needed to be washed before using, the pull out bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, the showers ran warm most of the time, the microwave broke while using it on the last night. We still enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location for our crew. And though the dishes needed cleaned, there was adequate kitchen ware, large refrigerator, stove worked great, and the condo itself was neat and clean!"

"This room was clean and provided what we needed. the bathroom shower curtain rod was rusted and out of date. We totally enjoyed our two day stay, but if it was a week reservation we might have requested a change. The a/c unit in the bedroom was so loud I had to sleep on the sleep sofa, which was actually quite comfortable to my surprise. We would come again, but look for a more updated unit in the future. We were in 427! Overall- great view, great place - give it a 3 of 5!!!"
