"Really enjoyed staying at the hotel. It was a bit far from the town centre."

"On the negative side: This hotel is quite far from downtown Madrid, but in a nice neighborhood. The rooms are ok, but lacks storage dresser or cabinets. No night stands just a small table. The bathroom door is all glass so there is no privacy. Small elevators (max 6 persons). On the posite side: Breakfast is excellent and attendats and cooks are very friendly. Food was great."

"Sauberer und geräumiges Zimmer. Frühstück war okay- sehr laut und etwas wuselig. Personal war freundlich. Schade war nur, dass wir extra ein Hotel mit Pool gebucht haben und der Pool & Terrasse erst im Mai aufmacht und wir es Ende April bei über 20° nicht nutzen konnten :/"

"The apartment is spotless and beautiful. Further, the management team are very responsive and helpful. We requested a late check-out, and they were very accommodating. You are close to the airport and there are many shops around. The only issue we had was using the keyless entry. A few times, we couldn't open the main entrance door downstairs. "Parking is safe, next to metro station ( only 3 mins by walk). Clean room. No air conditioning ( in 25/26 temperature it was still set to winter hot air) and in the surrounding there is construction thats why it was noisy to open the windows Towels were not cleaned as well. "

"Friendly and helpful Front Office Team. The Hostel is however featured as business, but it lacks of quality and services for someone that looks for a comfort stay. Kitchen had simply two microwaves and 4/5 high stand up chairs, getting crowded when more people wanted to eat together. Cleanliness was not at all in line with the expectations for a Business Hostel, as they cleaned common areas and bathrooms just once per day. Definitely recommend the property to revise these cleaning standards."
