"The room was very clean. White sheets perfectly clean and bathroom and shower were very clean, as well. The shuttle came st the scheduled time that they’d sent a pdf of. It was just a little farther from the airport than I would have wanted, since I arrived late and was ready to sleep. It was only 20 minutes away, but because we stopped at other terminals, it took longer. The drivers were very kind and everything was great. "

"Clean room, friendly staff. Not enough tables available for breakfast so every morning long queues waiting to be seated. Telephone in room didn’t work, sink in bathroom clogged and curtains didn’t close properly. Long walking distance from subway (metro)"

"On the negative side: This hotel is quite far from downtown Madrid, but in a nice neighborhood. The rooms are ok, but lacks storage dresser or cabinets. No night stands just a small table. The bathroom door is all glass so there is no privacy. Small elevators (max 6 persons). On the posite side: Breakfast is excellent and attendats and cooks are very friendly. Food was great."

"We couldn’t remember what type of room we booked but were delighted when we reached it. The bed was enormous and we also had a sofa and a couple of tables/chairs. The room also had a safe, WiFi and a fridge along with tea/coffee facilities. The towels in the bathroom were fabulously large which was great. The toiletries provided were also nice too. We had breakfast every morning which had a large array of delicious things to choose from. We were in our element! We spent long days in the city and ordered room service each day when we returned - it was extremely good and the portions of the meals we chose were very large - so much so that we couldn’t finish them. In fact on the last evening we shared a meal which was more than enough for us ! The bus into the city runs from right outside the door of the hotel and operates a regular service every day. A travel card of 10 journeys only works out to be about 8 euros and even if there are two of you , you can share one travel card which is brilliant! There isn’t anything about this hotel that I can fault and would not hesitate to recommend it. "
