Stunning views from this lovely property. Helpful staff, and they were able to provide several vegan options for breakfast which I really appreciated. Small but adequate gym and onsen facilities. Great for a relaxing stay near to Khao Yai park.

The main building of the hotel was nice and seems newly renovated. However when we reach the room, it seems so different. The bathtub looks as if it was not cleaned for several months (with stains). The same goes for the shower area. Good thing that the bed was comfortable. When i tried to call the in room service number, no one ever picked it up. Have to call the operator. Even so, requested for toilet paper but it never came. Based on the pictures, reviews and price, i expected more but was disappointed. On the good side, the breakfast was quite good.

カオヤイの自然や景色もホテルも最高でした。ホテルからのものではありませんが近くの施設から大音量でタイの音楽がかかっていたのが不満です。朝の5時過ぎから流れていました。ゆっくりくつろげないのでなんとかして欲しいです。

All of staff is good, nice and kind. Breakfast and dinner are superb, over i though. But the facilities are smaller than i though. The swiming pool is just soak or play with kids but cannot swim. Onsen is just hot water pool, not feel about any mineral.

Overall good experience, very lovely location though it is kinda far. Best breakfast view from their lounge area. They should work more on their bathroom, their sewage system for the toilet bowl don't seemed to work well (flush is slow and no force to flush off the waste).

A treat for my mum

The lush greenery of where The Paz is located is amazing. Excellent service and fantastic ground crews - why so? By the time when we reach The Paz, it was 830pm and when we arrive at carpark (I separately arranged land arrangements) the buggy was there to pick us up and send us to reception for check-in. Check-in was smooth and within 5 minutes we were brought to the room. Spacious Deluxe was indeed spacious - in the room and bathroom. My first time seeing quite a healthy breakfast and good to know how the hotel caters to the crowd - I shared this was as stayed over last weekend (from 13 Oct) that happens to be the long weekend in Thailand - breakfast was buffet, once the crowd disperse - one get to choose choice of breakfast and mini buffet - and that's good. Thank You and Please keep up this service.
