The actual place were different from the photo in your site that I have seen before booked. The map in your app not corrected. It’s very old, dirty, bad facilities and bad communicated with the owner.

Dirty, bare amenities, bitten by unrestrained dog

This stay ruined a rare extended family trip: 1. Not given bungalow no., no reception counter, no road signs. Drove around for 15min in darkness looking for right house 2.big 20cm gekho in bedroom 3.Front door had no lock, staff provided small padlock upon request 4.intrrmittent hot water, no water after showering for 15min 5. Toilets : wet on arrival, half rolls of toilet paper, no hooks or racks, spiders and slugs 6. No electric kettle till we requested 7. No reception counter so every complaint and request made using our cell phones and data plan 8.porridge for breakfast : no spoons on one morning and no bowls on next. We managed to eat using some creativity 9.dirty n sticky floors 10.we complained so were given ‘VIP villa’ on 3rd day. But no water after 15min showering 11. Management’s dog that just gave birth and was nursing brood beside our driveway was unrestrained. My father was bitten and incurred 8000 bht hospital bill. Very irresponsible of mgmt to not restrain nursing dogs, common sense that they are protective and aggressive. Can’t imagine if our young kids were bitten. Stressful and eventful stay. My family will remember and talk about this villa for years to come.

เช็คอินแย่ ต้องมานั่งกรอกเอกสารเอง ในส่วนของวันจอง วันเช็คอิน เช็คเอาท์ ชื่อ ทุกอย่างเหมือน ตอนทำการจอง สภาพบ้านเก่าโทรม ไม่คุ้มราคาที่เสีย ไม่เหมือนรีวิว ห้องโถง ไม่มีแอร์ มีแค่พัดลม โซฟาเก่ามาก ขาด มีกลิ่นอับชื้น ห้องน้ำ ในก๊อกน้ำเจอ แมลงสาปตัวเล็ก คราบหินปูนทั้ง3 ห้องน้ำ ฝักบัวไม่ได้รับการดูแลเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นเดียวเย็นเดียวร้อน กระจกมีแต่คราบ ทำความสะอาดไม่ดี สระว่ายน้ำ โรงแรมก็ไม่ดูแล

Way below expectations! We thought that the reviews was alright but it wasn’t. The staff can’t speak English thus it is not recommended for tourist who can’t speak Thai to stay here.

บ้านพักชำรุดทรุดโทรมมาก ประตูห้องน้ำสภาพแย่ ประตูหน้าไม่มีตัวล้อค หน้าต่างชำรุดไม่มีมือจับปิดหลายบาน ม่านอาบน้ำขึ้นรา สภาพโดยรวมขาดการดูแล เหมือนบ้านร้าง ฯลฯ แต่บริเวณบ้านและตัวบ้านกว้างดีมากเหมาะกับพวกนร.หรืออาชีวะยกคณะกันไปสัก20-30คน มีครัว พร้อมอุปกรณ์ให้ด้วย
