The resort is very nice. The view and atmosphere is very relaxing. Very convenient to the national park. The staff arranged everything for us: transfers from Bangkok and a tour of the park which was excellent.

Magical resort

I just loved staying at the Hidden Village Khao Yai. Beautiful property with exceptional rooms. The manager Dev went above and beyond in meeting our requests, arranging tours of the Khao Yai National Park, and booking a car from Bangkok to Hidden Village and back. Highly recommended!!

Ritz Carlton service end to end and detailed to customers needs. Excellent team work from guest relations to housekeeping, breakfast was amazing and so many options with highest quality local menu. Spa services too was so professional and skill fully done. Activities like bird watching etc recommended came with only local best guides. The villas were design with a modern I.d touch. Everything about my stay here was perfect. My room was gorgeous and spacious, central to everything yet thanks to clever landscaping it was completely private. The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly, always looking to help with anything. The grounds are beautiful with a wide array of beautiful plants and flowers and a great pool kept at the perfect temperature. Khao yai national Park itself was also spectacular, I had an incredible time on this trip. Even while loving the jungle hiking, for the first time ever I found myself wishing I had booked some extra days just to spend at the hotel. I cannot recommend the Hidden Village enough. If you are planning a visit to Khao yai national Park, then do yourself a favour and stay here!! I look forward to returning.

This is a very special property and one of the most incredible places we have ever stayed at. Our private villa seemed brand new and was designed with every comfort and convenience in mind- truly a gorgeous and totally private experience. The property is meticulously cared for with the most beautiful trees, plants, and flowers at every turn. Spending early mornings communing with nature in their beautiful garden and pool was the perfect prelude to exploring Khao Yai. The park entrance is just down the road. Hotel manager Dave took care of our every need with charm and professionalism. The pool is perfect and the breakfast was over-the-top. There are certainly less expensive places to stay in the area, but we are so glad we chose to treat ourselves at the Hidden Village and cannot wait to return.

Well chosen name for the hotel. Fantastic room !

Excellent decoration, spacious and very comfortable. Highlights were : The room decoration, great furniture, room view, bath room, amazing bed and the quality of the swimming pool water. The minuses : The hotel has no restaurant. It is linked to the restaurant on the main road. The food is very good but the service is not up to the standard. Food was served cold and dropped as is under plastic film. I wanted to drink a whisky. Only a full 700 ml bottle was offered. As the hotel is next to the main shopping place of Khaoyai there are many shops that can supply what you need. Having said that, the highlights are much more important than the little things that can be improved upon. This hotel exceeded our expectation and we loved it. We will come back !

Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, but unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed. As we planned to travel onward to Koh Chang, we asked the hotel in advance for assistance with organizing our transfer. The communication was slow, and we had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the arrangement. Eventually, the booking was successfully arranged upon our arrival, and we learned that only one staff member speaks English, which likely contributed to the delays. However, we encountered an issue regarding the transfer cost. We were quoted 7,000 Baht, but during check-out, we noticed at the reception desk that the actual price was listed as 5,000 Baht. This discrepancy left us wondering whether a 2,000 Baht service fee was charged (which we feel is quite excessive) or if there was another reason for the difference. This experience left us feeling overcharged and disappointed. While the hotel staff were polite and the organization eventually worked out, this pricing issue has left us with a negative impression.

The room was very clean, and both the Jacuzzi and air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The fitness facilities were somewhat limited, and while we appreciated having four different breakfast set options to choose from (we tried them all), the overall quality of the breakfast could be improved. Enhancing the breakfast experience would significantly elevate the overall stay.
