Nice and relax resort
Room was nice but bathroom a bit to narrow even for an Asian like me and bathroom lighting is connected to one of the light in bedroom so when you switch on the bathroom light in the the night you will wake up others if they are light sleeper. As for the pool is a very shallow and small and there's a lot of stones in the pool as I guess it was thrown in by guests who came with kids. Nobody clean it after they checked out, so I do them a favor and clean up the pool for them:)

Decent hotel. Not easy for those with luggage. Path not smooth and need to climb stairs to get to the unit.
Beside the room looks dim and toilet looks old. Overall is still quite good. I like the warm pool and it is open 24hrs, so you can even swim at night.
Breakfast variety is not a lot but sufficient to make you full. The walkway to the room is uneven so quite difficult to pull your lugguage, but can request for the counter staff to use their buggy to transport your lugguage to the carpark. Some more if you booked a family room, you need to carry the lugguage to level 2 using the stairs, as each mushroom house 2 room. However, the staff is friendly enough to carry it for you.

Toilet flushing system is bad
Pros
The room is big.
I got the deluxe room with a Twin bed and there is a staircase which leads to the another level with 2 single bed.
The heated pool is a plus point.
Free tour to learn about the mushrooms and Lingzhi at the resort itself which is educational.
Cons
There are ants in the room.
Worst is the toilet flushing system.
After one flush, you have to wait very long to have the tank refilled before you can flush the 2nd time. We use the reception toilet instead.
We had an amazing stay, it was a once in a lifetime experience. We were warmly received by the hosts into a whimsical and charming resort. The room was pleasant and modern, clean and had a very comfortable bed. All this with a view on the gorgeous heated pool, which is open all night long. For breakfast they offered a variety of exotic recipes with mushrooms, fresh fruit and continental breakfast. Delicious!

Not so clean
Upon our check out, the staff pulled the quilt from the master bed and showed us the blood stains. We denied that was caused by us as the blood stains were positioned at the other side of the bed which we believe it was from the previous guest.

Will not go back again
Booked a family suite for $201/night for 2 nights. The website doesn’t state that it is located at 2nd floor lead up by a staircase. It was very inconvenient as I bring young children and my mum. My Husband had to carry the luggages up and down by himself. There was no staffs helping! Overall, it is not worth paying that amount. Only provided 2 towels, and upon request, the staff brought in 1 more towel for us a family of 5.
Even request for extra drinking water, they wanted to charge 20baht per bottle. The staffs can’t understand English so communication is difficult.
it would be better to book standard rooms instead for family with young children or elderly because it is dangerous to climb up and down the stairs.
Hot water tap was sometimes turned to cold water. Need improvement very much!! Not worth returning.
The mushroom cottage was fun to stay in. The place was very cute. The staff was helpful.
The onsen pool was nice and relaxing but it's not a real onsen, it is more like a hot tub.
We also ate the the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The free breakfast was great. Dinner was also really good with all the mushroom dishes.
Make sure to go to the shop and buy some mushroom products to take him. I liked the mushroom juice and the crispy mushroom snacks.
We enjoyed our stay at the resort. It is a cute, small resort that is fun with the mushroom theme. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The mushroom theme made it really fun and our family suite was spacious and comfortable. My kids (age 13 and 14) really liked the mushroom shaped hot tu/pool. The resort is also really conveniently located, close to the National Park and other local attractions.
