The room itself is beautiful, clean and has plenty of space. The view is spectacular on the 6th floor. However, the property is rather old and needs maintenance in many area, including some amenities in room such as shower.

The Mountain View room was stunning. Waking up to the sunrise and listening to all the birds. However, the elevator is out dated and we had problems with our room door during our stay.

To be honest, the best thing at this resort is probably the hotel staff. The general condition of the hotel/resort is very poor, very run down. Rust is present everywhere. Abundant falling leaves on the property grounds. Tiles in and around the pools are peeling off. These indicate lack of proper care and maintenance. The room is very basic (we stayed in a studio and two suites). One room had leaking toilet. Room safe didn’t work. Moldy spots in bathroom. Toilet seats were not very stable. Flimsy shampoo shelf in the shower area. The ceiling light were flickering. TV in the bedroom had very bad signals and didn’t work. We had to call for room cleanup several times despite leaving the request for clean up at the front door for the entire day at least for two of the three days we stayed. At any rate, these is subpar and disappointing. The waterpark nearby is also deserted. Mold in the pool and etc. Not recommended.

Tolle große Zimmer mit Mega-Ausblick

Sehr schöne große Zimmer mit Schlaf- und Wohnbereich- sehr großer Balkon mit toller Aussicht, bequemes Bett - rundherum ein tolles Zimmer, einzig Abstriche muss man an der Hotelanlage machen, die vermutlich nach 3 Jahren Corona und Nichtbenutzung doch gelitten hat und hier und da etwas gemacht werden müsste - leider war einer der beiden Pools auch noch geschlossen, aber ansonsten sehr gute Lage zum Nationalpark Khao Yai

For me Disappointed

Bath Towel looks so dirty so i asked to the reception but she said Actually it is clean but just only because they bleached mistakely.But if u r the hotel i think you should not use the towel looks like rag it makes customer not feel good. And pool seems not clean.maybe i visited off season?another water places looks moss a lot too. And toilet next to pool no one clean?there was mountain of used toilet paper and so stink. Sorry strict comments but i think the hotel is not managed well.

チェックイン時　Xperiaからの連絡がいってなかった為　長く待たされたこと　荷物を運んでくれる人がいないこと ホテルの全体に寂れた感と人手不足なのか掃除が行き届いてない感じがした。テラスのソファが汚れてるのと浴槽があまりキレイでない。シャワールームの排水が悪い。

虫が。。。

山の中のホテルなのでやむをえないかも知れませんが、とにかく虫が多いです。シャワールーム、トイレには小さな虫がたくさんいます。また、これも仕方ないかも知れないですが、家族5人だったので二部屋を予約し、隣り合った部屋をお願いしましたが、結構離れた部屋になっていました。場所は便利ですが、それ以外にはあまり魅力は感じませんでした。

The room is spacious and well organized space,but This hotel has lots of dust. I got the room with the bathtub that is quite dirty and the smell of bath towel is not good. All employees are very nice and helpful also, the parking is convenient to go to the room.

จองและชำระเงินผ่านระบบ Expedia ไปตอน~บ่ายสี่โมงเย็น และเข้าเช็คอิน ~20.00 น. แต่พนง. เช็คอินบอกว่าไม่มีการจองชื่อนี้เข้ามา กว่าจะได้เข้าพักใช้เวลานานพอสมควร จองห้องพักแบบ double bed แต่ดันเป็น twin bed พอเปิดห้องมาเจอ ก็กด 0 เพื่อขอเปลี่ยนห้อง แต่พนง. แจ้งว่าไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนให้ได้ เนื่องจากห้องพักเต็ม ... ไม่ได้ใช้อ่างแช่น้ำนอกห้องพัก เนื่องจากเปิดน้ำอุ่นใส่จนเกือบเต็ม น้ำก็ไม่มีวี่แววจะอุ่น น้ำอุ่นภายในห้องน้ำก็ไม่อุ่น กาน้ำร้อนภายในห้องใช้งานไม่ได้ และนอนไม่หลับทั้งคืน เนื่องจากภายในห้องนอนมีเสียงเหมือนน้ำไหลจากท่อตลอดเวลา จ่ายไป 4,800 เกือบ 4,900 แต่เหมือนไปเพื่อนอนฟังเสียงท่อน้ำและตื่นมาทานอาหารเช้าเท่านั้น พักโรงแรมในเขาใหญ่มาสิบกว่าโรงแรม เพิ่งรู้สึกแย่กับการมาเขาใหญ่ครั้งแรกกับที่นี่จริงๆ ค่ะ

Good resort

Place is quite nice, good for couple or family. The resort seems new and overall ground is clear. The room is super spacious with mini kitchen area, not for cooking though just a sink. The bed is nice and comfy, but I wish the blanket is warmer. Bathroom is great, my only complain is the hot water is not hot enough or strong enough, this applies the same for the bathtub on the balcony. There is a big tub, but the water takes very long to fill it and it's not hot enough thus making it just like warm water. The view is nice and it's quiet though you can hear screaming from the nearby park so maybe ask for view opposite of the park and higher floor. I've booked a king bed but received a twin which is not a big issue as I was traveling solo. Food at Breakfast is just so so, not much taste and more like very mediocre hotel restaurant. Overall would recommend.
