"Too expensive for what was there.......Could have been vacuumed better....... coffee Kurigg did not work...... took forever to figure out how to run the TV with 2 remotes and no instruction sheet..And of course painting over blemishes and wallpaper peeling off the walls...... Was told there were only 3 rooms left - took a video of parking area- no one else was at the motel. Lady was most pleasant otherwise we would have walked away."

"Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. "The AC units are dated and dont cool a room that has 2 beds, one side of the bed remained very warm and left us sweaty all night. The bathroom door knob was faulty and kept getting stuck, The keurig didnt work, the staff tried to be helpful, but too many issues not expected for the kind of money spent"

"I know this isn't a five star property, but the office staff could make some effort. I am tired of staff who treat guests like they're an inconvenience. This could explain why the parking lot was half empty during my week's stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were delightful and very engaging. They made me feel welcome and valued. Also, this may be the first motel in a resort town that didn't have an ice machine. On the positive side, the motel is located on the north end of the main...

"Take your own pots and pans as well as garbage bags. Last day of my stay I saw mice in my room and could not sleep all night long. Its a good location and during check in the person on the desk was very nice. But overall the motel is very old, run down, smelly, dirty and looks shady. The kitchen and bathroom had no vents! Fire alert! Also no microwave and no dishwaher. The walls shake when neighbours slam/open doors, 0 security - I would not bring small children here. Our 2 bedroom suite only...
