"This property needs new management and major renovations. Everything is old and not that clean. The ceiling was leaking water, the bathroom was dirty and disgusting, the bathroom door handles were broken, and the carpets were sticky. We could barely sleep because of the poor condition of the room."

"The staff didn’t seem to have much urgency on helping guests. We were told on the phone that we could check-in early at 1pm, so we arrived early. We weren’t able to check-in until past 3:30. Had they not told us to come in early, we wouldn’t have. The staff was pretty unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so long (per their direction), stated that they were understaffed and that check-in wasn’t until 3. Again, fine if they didn’t not tell us it was ok to check-in early. We wasted our time in Florida. Shampoo and body wash were not filled, not noticed by the cleaning staff during pick up days. Room smelled of mildew."

"Checked in, they didn’t have the room that was requested and paid for through Travelocity all had a king bed had to get a caught the cot that they brought to the room had blood stain on it. Staff was very unhelpful. I would suggest to anybody no matter the circumstances not to use this hotel."
