Quiet night away, fanrastic B&B, clean, tidy and very friendly. 2 minutes to the cente, 10 minutes to the puer. Room was excellent, breakfast was cracking. A real great find.

A great day, we couldn’t ask for more. The owners were welcoming and warm, they couldn’t do enough for us. The room was clean and comfortable, appreciated all the tea and coffee and I’m a bit of an addict but never ran out! B&B is in a convenient location, walkable and ideal bass for going further out of Paignton. We’ll be back!

The hotel is in the perfect spot close to the town and beach, The couple running it are very friendly and helpful, the room we had was a king en suite very big and spotless with tea and coffee and even hot chocolate, we had the full English breakfast every morning and it was big and very enjoyable plus you had all the cereals you wanted . We will definitely be going back in the future

Not a bad word to say…excellent all around

Having just returned from a bank holiday weekend stay at The Ashleigh and there is not a bad word I can say. Easy and friendly check in, room was comfortable and exactly as advertised, host were wonderful, location was excellent for town and beach. Pre ordered breakfast every day was delicious. A great choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and juices to accompany your choice of hot breakfast (highly recommend the full English or pancakes) and toast and tea/coffee and service was friendly and attentive. We never spend much time at our hotels other than to shower, change and sleep, however there were fantastic facilities for those that do including free wifi throughout, a shared lounge with tv, outside seating areas at front and a little onsite bar with lovely sun deck area to the rear of the property. Parking is limited, we were very lucky to get one of the spots on site however there is on road parking available in the street outside of the hotel (pay and display). Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend. We will be recommending to our families and friends if they are to visit Paignton and also we will definitely be back to stay on our next visit South 😊.

Unkomplizierte Buchung, sehr freundliche Telefonkontakte im Vorab. Kostenfreier Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Nähe zum Busbahnhof und zum Strand. Trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Frühstücksauswahl konnte vorab gewählt werden. Räumlichkeiten - große Fenster und großes Bett. Für Doppelzimmer sehr kleiner Schrank und keine Möglichkeit die Koffer zu verstauen. Das Bad ist sehr klein für Menschen mit 1,85 Körpergröße und nur durch eine leichte Schiebetüre vom Zimmer getrennt.... Preis mit 115,- Euro/Nacht für dieses B&B doch etwas hoch.

Great choice

I booked this hotel for my elderly parents and Aunt. They couldn't speak more highly of it & said it had compared to some of the top hotels they have stayed in. The breakfast choice was very varied and they particularly liked the box of useful items that was in their rooms e.g. torch, tweezers etc

Great place to stay Alison and Barrie made us feel so welcome it was great. There is a big choice of breakfast which was really tasty and filling whatever we had. The room was spotless and more than big enough with a lovely view. Would return again as we thoroughly enjoyed our visit thank you
