Excellent

Excellent accommodation in a central location. Within a 15min walk to two beaches and a shopping centre. Even though we didn't need anything, hosts Donna and Tony were always available to answer to any needs. The only downside is the entrance / exit to the driveway parking. This is on a quite busy road, next to a mini roundabout, below a blind bend.

We had a lovely stay, the flat was clean, in a great location and just what we needed. The hosts are lovely and came to introduce themselves. Don’t have any bad words to say, would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Devon Staycation

Stayed in flat 3. Flat was spotless, comfortable and in a great location - five mins walk to the harbour in one direction and about 7 mins walk to the town centre in the other direction. The railway line provided loads of entertainment! Flat facilities were perfectly adequate for two with a good hot shower, decent WiFi, parking space and had everything we needed for a week’s walking. The double bed was a sofa bed in the living room which was really clear on the property’s website but less clear on the hotels.com website - not a particular issue but worth knowing about. Overall, we had a great week staying here and we’d definitely go back again.

Nice, clean, somewhat small; a good location.

The flat was very clean and in a good condition overall; the owner was very supportive too. Just a 10 mins walk to the Paignton beach. The size of the property is the only complaint - I don't think it's a suitable accommodation for 4 adults, as we felt quite packed even with 2 adults and 2 children. The flat is only the first floor and is accessible only via stairs - something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags.

It was a decent sized room and had a very comfortable bed. Plenty of room for 2 people. Had the basic things we needed for a self catering flat. Only downside i can think of is that there was no soap in the bathroom when you washed your hands and also no extra toilet roll. However, this wasnt really an issue. Apart from that it was a great place to stay. Close to the town center, beaches and other attractions.

We stayed in Flat 1 myself, my husband and two young children and had a lovely week. Great location to the beach, a short walk to local shops, train and bus stations. The owners were great and very helpful, greeted us on arrival and were around if needed. Overall a great stay, Flat 1 is bright, clean and the children loved seeing the steam train going past their window. Thank you Donna and Tony, we will be back for sure! Sarah, Paul, Olivia and Alice

The location was close to all local services. Buses. Trains. Easy travel by car to Brixham, Torquay. The accomodation was just right for us.

Brilliant location close to seafront and town. Flat was ample sized and very clean. Owners extremely friendly. Fantastic value for money.
