Really lovely stay at Yoma, lovely views from the room and the pool. Shuttle service was excellent and even drove us to pick up a bag left in the restaurant at the end of their shift. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you!

I would have given a five star rating but I was not happy with the front desk staff, face of the hotel for the guests. The front desk staff need a remedial customer service training.

Great place except for front desk staff aloofness.

Beautiful hotel, great location albeit a bit remote but twice we got complementary hotel transport. The only drawback is the aloofness of front desk staff who told us hotel was full next day when we asked to extend our stay. After we booked elsewhere we realized they still had room via booking site. When we told them, they really didn’t seem to care. Too bad!

One of the newer hotels ,great shower,bed, breakfast, hotel grounds well kept and set out, Bad points ,noisy being close to main road and several weekend hotel guests coming home in the early hours,didn't get a lot of sleep..

Poor layout of hotel left for terrible sleep.

I stay in Pai frequently because I have family here. I have positive experiences in all of the hotels. Each of my two stays have been negative at Yoma Hotel. My first stay at Yoma Hotel was in 2015 and our room was infested with bed bugs. I stayed at Yoma again just recently in 2019 and had another negative experience. This time we were awaken at early in the morning to the sound of chairs, dishes, and people talking/coughing. We were shocked to realize that the eating area was directly above us. The sound of people pushing and pulling their chairs, dishes and utensils, people speaking and coughing made us unable to sleep. (See pictures) I would not recommend staying at Yoma Hotel.

the hotel and pool was very nice and clean ,the veiws from the room was stunning .The staff and the breakfast let it down .the staff were unfriendly and miserable and there were loads of room for improvement on the breakfast .

편안하게 쉬기 좋습니다. 특히 셔틀 서비스가 좋아요. 추가로 아침식사는 개선이 필요해보입니다. 참고로 호텔 건너편 Pai Anya Resort 옆 식당이 아주아주 맛있으니 꼭 시도해보세요.

Okay facilities, beautiful view.

It was a great view however we dealt with a lot of dead bugs in our room and we had some bugs enter our room at night. Also the room felt unclean we had lots of shower scum and the showerhead looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. The hotel overall was okay cause of the view however it wasn't our top choice.

Nice hotel

Pros: The hotel was nice, best view from room, they supply extras in the room such as flop flop slippers, nice and simple breakfest, nice stuff Const: far from the center (they provide free shuttels), forgot to put color in the bath

It was a quiet place so you could get a good night sleep here. However, the towel hanger in the room I stayed in almost fell off and one of the floor tiles in the bathroom wobbled a bit.

친구들과 좋은추억 만들고 왔어요

직원들도 친절하고 조식도 기대이상으로 좋았어요 메인 스트리트에서 살짝 멀어요 수영장이 작지만 경치가 좋아요 빌라형 으로 예약해서 간이침대 추가했는데 침실이 좀 작았어요

메인거리랑 조금 멀어서 걸어서 한 15분 정도 걸렸어요 전반적으로 조용하고 좋았습니다 다만 잘때 조금 추웠어요 ㅠㅠ 스쿠터 타고 이동하실경우 편했고 , 호텔에서 나갈때 요청하면 워킹스트리트까지 태워다주십니다 그부분은 편했어요!!!

เข้าพัก แบบ วิลล่า ภายในห้องดีสะอาด ที่นอนนุ่มดีมาก ความสะอาดภายในพอใช้ น้ำร้อนดีมาก เรามาพักในฤดูหนาว แต่ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเหม็นจากท่อน้ำ ขึ้นมา หน้าห้องเป็นจุดที่สูบบุหรี่ทำให้กลิ่นเข้าห้อง อาหารเช้า สดสะอาด นั่งทานเห็นวิววิวภูเขาสวยงาม

Trying to screw us

We are very disappointed in this hotel and its staff. After check in they told us their swimming pool was closed and to compensate they first tried to give us an option to use the pool of another hotel. After a discussion and call with the manager they told us we could stay in another hotel where the pool was working. We asked if this hotel had the same scenic view and the manager replied with a firm yes. After arriving in the other hotel there was no scenic view on the Pai mountains plus instead of an upgrade he promised us he wanted to give us a downgrade room. A room with a meter view on a wall, very small and stuck at the end of the resort. After discussing he took another key out his pocket and we went with our heavy backpacks to another room. We decided to say okay because we were tired and fedd up. We have send a mail to hotels.com about this case and hope to hear back soon from them. If you travel to or have booked this hotel make sure you dont wanna swim cause the pool is out of order.

פשוט תוותרו.

מלון שנראה מאד מאד טוב בתמונות אך הזלזול ניכר בכל פינה. יחס מגעיל ומנותק לאורחים. ריח סיגריות במצעים, אסלה שבורה, בריכה עם מים עכורים וגוקים צפים, ארוחת הבוקר זוועה ובכלל התחושה היא של הזנחה. ברחתי לאחר לילה בודד.

Bien pour une nuit...

Avis nuancé justifié par le bruit interchambre et la couleur des murs extérieurs comme intérieurs.. ce gris béton lissé dénote avec la gaîté du pays. Chambre premier prix, accessoires et équipements corrects pour une nuit. Villas non visitées mais semble entassées les une sur les autres.. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Je krijgt bij aankomst al het gevoel niet welkom te zijn. De wastafelgootsteen was verstopt en er was verlichting kapot op de kamer. Daar moesten we toch eerst meerdere keren bij de receptie naar vragen om te repareren. Het eerste uur zaten we met een loodgieter en een electricien met een trap op de kamer, dit had natuurlijk vóór onze aankomst in orde gebracht moeten zijn gebracht. De volgende morgen kwamen we om 9:25 aan het ontbijd dat tot 10:00 open zou moeten zijn. Alles was al weg en opgeruimd en na wat gebuig en 'solly, solly, solly' konden we met moeite nog een omeletje krijgen. We vroegen aanvankelijk om iets anders dan omelet, maar lieten het er maar bij zitten om toch nog íets te eten te hebben. Een fraai hotel, maar afschuwlijk personeel!! Hier zou eerst een stevig manegement aan te pas moeten komen!!! Onder deze omstandigheden dit hotel NIET DOEN!!!!

호텔만큼은 너무 맘에 들었어요

여기 정말 너무 좋아요 뷰좋고 조식맛있고, 조식먹을때 쉐프님이 항상 예의주시하시며 어떤 고객이 어떤 음식을 얼마나 어떻게 먹는지 굉장히 부담스럽지 않게 주시하시는 모습 너무 감동이었어요. 침구며 화장실이며 다 너무 좋았는데 개인적으로 호텔에 대한건 아니고요. 제가 2017/ 10/ 3~7일인가 머물렀는데 수영장을 어느 한국 일가족이 점령하듯이 아기들은 막 소리소리지르면서 부모들은 제지도 안하고 너무 같은 한국인으로서 창피했어요 제발 한국인들 어디가서 이름새기고 풀빌라에서 놀듯이 놀지 맙시다

비수기라 조용하게 보냈습니다. 시내는 걸어서가능하지만 15분정도 예싱됩니다. 10시이후에도 호텔에서 픽업을해주셔서 편하게 다녔습니다
