Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms. "Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive. "
