  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. The room was very comfortable, spacious and loved the style. Cocktail lounge was very neat and unique and a great perk. Also highly recommend the wine bar acriss the street. Only negative was walls were thin and our neighbors were very inconsiderate.

We drove up and were surprised by the humble outside appearance, but inside was fantastic! So cute and comfortable with everything we could need. Run like and Airbnb almost, with the no-contact check in. This was a highlight of our weeklong trip in the region!
