  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Great place. Quiet. Cabin was rustic and perfect for 2 people. Hot tubs were great and you can’t beat the free breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

The checkin and checkout process was easy. The room was clean and nice but the frig didn't keep stuff cold, only the freezer worked. They were just a text away if we needed anything. The breakfast was fresh, hot and yummy every morning and there is also grab and go breakfast if you prefer. Parking is fine too as long as the other guest follow the rules. Wifi is iffy at times unless you are in the breakfast area due to the location and of course the mountains. Nice location and cute little place.

Cabin was cozy and clean. Bed could definitely be more comfortable. Breakfast was good but go early both days they ran out of eggs, potatoes, and bacon. Landscape around facility is amazing. Would stay again.

Everything was excellent, will stay again! Room was awesome! Especially to hang out and visit with family, so nice to have a sitting area! A little strange not having a front desk, or real person at check in. That was a first time experience, not sure yet how I feel about that.

Great place to stay!

Such an amazing stay, perfect location, a little off from the main street but close by to everything, clean room and the hot tub was great! Also, breakfast was delicious, and there was the nicest man in there! Check in process was so easy, can't wait to come back and bring my kiddos!

The room appeared to be recently updated. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here. If you want to sleep in, do not get room 23 as it backs up to the kitchen. Other than that a great place
