You don't get human service. You talk to someone on a screen. The machine wasn't working and the guy had to eventually call a human from the shadows. It's very dated and the sheer curtains they replaced, didn't even go to the floor. They were from walmart. The grounds were unkempt and the dog rooms have smelly carpet, not hard floors. My room had no remote and the ice machine was broken. It was a joke but now I know Quality Inn's are out for me and mine.
Virtual check in is a horrible idea. Woman barely spoke understandable English. I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. Horrible place, do not stay here.
Looked understaffed so poor services from checkin. One more thing, thr TV in the room did nit work. One guy came to.check the TV, but couldn't fix and never came back, though reporyed.so to the front desk.

It was alright! But I wouldn’t stay again. Breakfast was good!
Prima hotel alleen het feit dat het personeel tijdens het ontbijt op zoek was naar een slang in de ontbijtruimte was een beetje eng.

Dated property but very clean room/bathroom. Comfortable bed. Plenty of coffee in room and from reception. Breakfast was basic/limited even for the typical motel fair.
Katastrophe ist noch zu nett. Check In per Computer mit einem Mitarbeiter in Indien. Badlüftung funktionierte nicht. Sofortige Reklamation. Zimmerwechsel wurde abgelehnt. Ein Handwerker würde sich kümmern. Wir sollen üner die AC im Zimmer lüften. UNVERSCHÄMT!!!! Insgesamt 2 Nächte, es wurde natürlich nie etwas repariert. Der angebliche Manager wurde bei jeder erneuten Beschwerde (insgesamt 4x) immer auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet. Letzte Absteige!!!!
The pictures look a lot better online. The comforter had a stain on it. We never had housekeeping and when I tried calling the front desk to notify them most of the channels on our tv did not work, no one answered. The front desk was nice upon checking in. Since there is no house keeping you will need to ask for towels and shampoo daily.
