Management was great, our room had an issue with the water and they transfered us to another room fairly fast. I would suggest bringing your own pillows because they are a little worn out. Very clean and hardwood flooring in the rooms we had. Would stay again though.

I tried to book a room on the spur of the moment. I didn’t realize the automated setting was for the next day. They refused a refund because I wanted to back it up one night to the current night. Ended up with a waste of money because we couldn’t use the room.

We are vendors at the Grand River fall craft show and have stayed here the past 2 years. We feel very safe and the rooms are comfortable and very clean. The man at the front desk, which I assume is the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful and wants your stay to be a good one.

Some things in the room defently needed repair. The wall above the bathroom had a hole in the cealing, But the staff worked to accommodate our needs with dogs. They were also very nice and making sure we were all ok and the room was ok.
