"My wife and our two teenage boys stayed in the Premier Apt for 4 nights in May-24. The Apt - very comfortable with everything you need. One of the tv was a smart tv so you can log into your Apps e.g. Netflix. The wifi worked well with many devices. The air-con was effective. The surrounding streets were not loud, so sleeping was not disturbed when windows closed. Really nice walk in shower. You need to walk up steps as no lift to second floor. "The host is nice. They are very friendly and helpful. They gave many useful information and suggestion about Venice and surrounding. The room is big and clean. The b&b is around 5-7 mins walk from waterbus stop. "

"Great location that’s very quiet but still has excellent access to vaparettos. The apartment was a great size for the price and even had a small kitchen and bialetti for making coffee. check-in and check-out are very easy and hassle free. wifi works great. "

"The beds are horrible! That being said, we didnt travel to Venice for the hotel. An additional pillow or two would have been great. The shared bathroom situation was manageable. Each bathroom is shared with only one other room so its almost always available when needed. "

"Property is located 20 minutes from train station- you have to take a water taxi or vapparreto (water bus) outside train station and then walk 10 minutes to hotel. It is right next to Saint Peters Basilica, in the square, its beautifully decorated and service was excellent. This area is buzzing with tourist so if you want a quite room - then pick another property. Beautiful property that I will certainly come back to "

"On our trip we stayed in 3 different hotels and out of the 3 this was the least amusing. Everywhere felt dirty. There was a kitchen which was nice but very basically supplied no bowles to have cereal in. And shower door was broken and poorly replaced so water went everywhere. But to compensate all of this the host is a very nice guy. Definitely not a profetinal stay as we had to wait to get the keys untill the gentlemen cycled up to us but we a cheap stay so couldn't expect too much. But agen...

"We had a great stay! Staff was very flexible and communicative. At first, we were supposed to arrive after hours so we arranged to meet later in the day. We ended up having a last minute change of plans and we arrived earlier, the staff was flexible and our room was ready by the time we get there. Highly recommend. Ps: be ready to climb 3 flights of stairs with your luggage."
