I had been in Hotels in different countries but none of them achieve the great service that all the staff provide. Kudos to Fernando Castro in the Restaurant Bonifacio in the breakfast and everyone in there including the receptionists and check in.

I liked it but they don’t clean everyday. I asked for cleaners, especially toilet bowl cleaner but he didn’t give me. I was on a trip and I didn’t want to spent time go shopping for cleaners.
