Older style resort with beautiful views, pretty gardens and pools. Staff very accommodating and helpful. The spa offers traditional and more modern massage options, I had a fabulous traditional style Thai massage. Great stay!

Nice for family stay

It was a good place to spend time with family. You need to be prepared for many steps and the people in not walking condition should consider checking the room and routes - since the property is not wheelchair or baby stroller friendly.

Only thingthat was a problem was there was nothing to do at night. Maybe a little music at night down at the beach bar would of been nice. Apart from zero night life ( which maybe thats why alot of ppl go there ) the hotel and staff were perfect

The property is 10-15mins car outside of the nearest town, and up the side of a very very steep hill, so it is not very accessible/walkable. However, the view of the ocean is unparalleled - we could see it from our room and from the resort pool. It was so scenic and peaceful hanging out by the pool (which has two levels) during the day. There is also a shuttle down to the private beach, which is very convenient and very nice. Very beautiful and relaxing stay. In terms of our room, it was comfortable, with good AC. The bathroom was a bit unclean on our first night, but once the staff came and cleaned once it was better. The view overlooking the ocean was amazing, but I wouldn't recommend stepping out on the deck as the deck boards bent a little under our weight when we stepped out. Overall a great stay!

If you’re looking for a nice quiet place this works well. However, if you have any limitations in terms of climbing hills or stairs then this place would not work well for you

Gorgeous Sunrise!

We were there for one night on a stop over to another destination. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean and watched a stunning sunrise in the morning. We ate in the hotel restaurant and had a very good meal. We were sorry we did not have a chance to use the beautiful pool.

The staff at the buffet needs more training. We had accidentally ate pork when we are halal dietary. The menu was chicken however the staff changed the Bain Marie but the label was unchanged and in real it was pork. It was too late and we had it which is against our religion and culture.

We reel like the hotel has to few staff that are not paid enough. Breakfast was not good, the beach is non existentent, so for anybody wanting to spend time on a beach, this is definitely not for you. Very isolated so if you want ro eat elsewhere you will need to take a taxi or rent a bike. Pool area is lovely but the rest of the resort is very tired and in need of some serious maintenance, with what are supposed to be pools at some of the villas full of dirty water and a bredding spot for mosquities which they have a SERIOUS problem with.

This property is tired..it lookes like it was nice maybe 25 years ago? In our usa it would be like a super 8 on the water.. 50 bucks..it was a quick stop overnight to our island resort. Maybe feom what we are used to traveling thailand.. we are spoiled.. the sea is low tide alot here.. the service in reatarant is meh, we hardly were greeted..waited15 mins for a drink.. not the hospitality thai people are known for. Rooms paint grounds all that..need help. .

Beautiful area. Pool was amazing. Room was dated and not very clean. Only one outlet in main room, one in bathroom. Restaurant was atrocious. The restaurant manager and the head waiter need to be fired. Confusion and cold food. One night I had an appetizer and a drink delivered after the meal was over. Because of the location there are no outside options. Also, no elevators. And the walking score is 0 for this property, as its on the side of a mountain with narrow, blind-curve roads. Great sunset and sunrise views from the room, though.

We spent 4 nights here and we’re both impressed and disappointed. First the location (secluded), the rooms and the private beach were really nice. Unfortunately the staff barely spoke English, had to be asked a dozen times for simple things, when problems were clearly identified there was no visible effort to improve the situation. This led to us feeling frustrated with the staff and situations. For example having to walk to the next 7/11 (about 1,5h there and back) because neither did the staff refill the resort own shop when things ran out but also the “free shuttle” was not available a single time while we were there. Another example was that we were told to book massages about 2h before we would like them but when we came the next day to book we were told that the next available spot is a week from now. The same situation happens over different activities, while we were told it was because the resort was fully booked but both, us and other guest we spoke to confirmed that most villas and rooms next to them were empty and the staff just seemed badly trained. The resort restaurant took about 20-30min before even bringing the Menu (and then forgetting the drink menu), when you ask for it the staff has a hard time understanding and takes a long time to respond. Overall we were able to enjoy our stay but only thanks to ourself and not the miserable service of the resort! If this would be changed this resort could become one of our favorites. Best T. & V.

We had a very pleasant stay here being our first time at Phuket. Although, things were pretty distance away. They had accommodation and transportation to Phuket Old Town and Shopping which will take 40-50mins via van (must book day prior). Other free amenities were free kayaking and ride to the supalai beach. We had the sea view room which was beautiful. We choose breakfast option which is just couple of dollars more (highly recommended to keep you full). We went at low season in mid May which is a lot quieter and less people. The staff were very welcoming and nice. Overall, it was a beautiful stay and would highly recommend if you want a quiet and beautiful place with free accommodation!

The view and the food were definitely the best. Swimming options were also good (although low tide from early afternoon to eve made the beach unswimmable- morning swimming was great. Very clean, but could use some updating.
