"This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The entire property was dirty, smelled terrible, and looked nothing like the pictures online. I was shocked and disappointed from the moment I walked into the room. There were roaches crawling all over the bathroom, including on the sink and around the toilet. The towels appeared dirty, and the room did not look like it had been properly cleaned. I immediately informed the front desk staff about the issues, but I was told there was nothing they could do...

"We had a wonderful stay at Wayside Inn. Our host, Joe, was very helpful and was a great chef! Our breakfasts were very good and got us ready for the day ahead. Parking was not a problem and the surrounding yard was shady and pleasant. The giant oak in the front is reported to be 200 or more years old. Our room and bath were well maintained. We would definitely stay there again. The Inn also has a great history dating back to the late 18th Century. It is said that George Washington stayed there...

"They only clean the rooms once every 3days.....not acceptable unless I request no service. If you need extra towels etc. after 5pm you must go to the front desk to pick it up. The rooms were large and clean. However they need an exterminator..I killed a small spider on my bed."

This room does NOT warrant the 3.5 rating that this property has, however, other rooms may be better. The shower was clean, however, so they earned one Star for that."

"It's really a lot of money to pay when the cleaners can't bring yi things that you need when you give them the things that have lredy been used I have been here 2 weeks and no one has offered to clean the room I have had to clean it myself I feel I should be getting a discount for having to go out of my way to get the things I need for the room and having to clean it myself"
