Coco was amazing - she is so friendly and her recommendations for local food was spot on.
Great place to stay for a quiet haven.
The view from our balcony was spectacular and we were lucky to see all the little birds and butterflies.
Outstanding area of St Martin, very safe, quiet, wonderful restaurants, Bread and Butter Bakery and store close by, excellent access to Orient Beach or to Bobby’s Marina and Phillipsburg. The rooms at the hotel are large with everything you need, sunsets overlooking Oyster Pond. Truly a perfect location on the island as you can avoid a lot of the traffic in other areas. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to again soon.
Best area to stay on the island if u want a quiet stay. Three good restaurants in walking distance. Will return again one day for sure. Thx to the hosts for being so accommodating
Stayed in Villa # 4 and can’t say this enough but it was spectacular. The Villa with a beautiful terrace had a King size bed with a beautiful kitchen and kitchen appliances. View of the pond is breathless and Coco, the host, is a true example of every property manager should be. Attentive, responsive and get this also available to guide or assist after work hours. Coco, truly grateful. You are amazing and Les Balcones is one gem of a place thanx to you and your amazing staff.

Perfect location. Border of French and Dutch.
The place itself is beautiful with a great view. Coco was amazing ..very helpful with everything.

We loved staying here. The view was perfect day, and night! Very calm laid back atmosphere with some great dining options within walking distance. Management was a joy!!! We will definitely be staying here again.
Great stay. We really enjoyed the indoor space and having a large patio with a lovely view. Having a parking spot was also very convenient. The hosts were great as they were very easy to contact. Definitely recommend!!
We had a very nice welcome from Claude. The location on the island is great with great restaurants close by.
The room has seaview and is complete with everything you may need.
Beautiful property. It’s a quiet area of the island with three outstanding restaurants within walking distance and numerous others on the French side within a 15-20 minute drive. Plenty of beautiful beaches close by as well. Its location is also convenient if you want to head to the Dutch side. Co Co was an outstanding hostess. While we had no issues to contact her about with regards to the property, she was quick to answer when we had questions about things to do and places to eat nearby. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Love the balcony. Claude is a great person. She help us and guided us.
We loved the tranquility of our spacious apartment. Newly refurbished with all mod cons. Plenty of cooking utensils and chairs on the deck. Bonus was the small swimming pool with loungers.
