"Room was clean and a perfect base for exploring. 1 tiny fan and no air conditioning as advertised! We had to go buy another large fan as was stifling even with both sets of patio doors open all night. Not the golf view promised but a building site. Would also help to advise customers you have longterm construction daily for 2 new blocks. Noise from deliveries of materials, lorries reversing, Externally the existing buildings need alot of care and repairs. Balconies falling to bits. Weeds growing...

"We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!"

I had requested early check in, it wasn't available, asked that i was phoned when the rooom was ready, that didn't happen i went to the desk at 3pm adn was booked in. Very clean comfortable room, my one niggle is why in so many hotels is there never a shelf big enough for a normal sized toiletry bag? A shelf with glasses for toothbrushes or a niche in the wall of a about 3 inches depth is no use so we end up putting our toiletry bags in the bedroom or on...

"Great location in a beautiful little village. Very quiet and unique. 15 min drive from Moreton. We are really enjoyed staying there. Stuff is very helpful. Village has a beautiful coffee shop and grocery store that has all essentials. Definitely recommend is you are in need of quality time, but still need to reach London in 1,5 hours."

"Everything good. Only minor issues were the shower had no hooks or shelves to put shampoo or shower gel or flanels/scrubbing. And the cooling fan in our room was super noisy, so couldn't be used. As I say, minor."
