Top Oxford Hotel Reviews

Linton Lodge Hotel, BW Signature Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Friendly, clean room, had everything you might need"

Mercure Oxford Eastgate Hotel
6/10 Okay
"Room was far too hot-top floor and heating pumping out with no way to turn down. Small fan in room not up to job of cooling sufficiently.
Bar /food not open. Disappointing for a Mercure hotel. Staff apologetic but unable to solve issue."

Premier Inn Oxford City Centre - Westgate
8/10 Good
"Pros: Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, perfect location. Cons: The property is dated and not very clean. "

Hampton by Hilton Oxford
8/10 Good
"Spotlessly clean hotel with a friendly welcome on arrival. Room had wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows and a great sized shower. Hotel was lovely and quiet too.
The only disappointment was the quality of the cooked breakfast elements, really cheap, deep fried sausages, bacon had run out and only scrambled eggs available -also, heavily diluted fresh juice.
Wasn't a messive issue for us but if you're into a full cooked breakfast it might be.
Overall, good 👍

"Amazing, quirky hotel with lovely staff "

Ramada by Wyndham Oxford
2/10 Terrible
"The room was disgusting with stains over the bathroom floor and bin, the bedroom had not been vacuumed very well with large build up of dust around the skirtings, and the drawers looked like someone had vomitted in.
Awful place, do not stay in this hotel. "

easyhotel Oxford
10/10 Excellent
"Small small room, might not suit you if you are even mildly claustrophobic. And if you don't like AC running all night.
Very good for solo travellers needing a basic room. Room was clean. Comfortable bed (I really appreciated that). Easy to check in. Hotel is newly refurbished & EasyJet colour-themed. So you get the pictured: a cheerful no-frills experience, but not quite as shabby and basic as a Ryanair flight.
Ticks all the basic boxes but gives you nothing extra. So no tea-making facilities in room. No wardrobe. Small shower, no bath (but plenty of warm water and good pressure). 10m^2 of space includes bathroom, so little more than a bare minimum of space.
No space to swing a cat... but I would stay again. For one night or two it is unbeatable in price and comfort. Plus location in the heart of Summertown is actually lovely. I'd recommend that over other budget hotels that are further away from town. Remarkably quiet and yet in a lively area with shops and amenities. Friendly staff.
A bit concerned about the card-lock situation. As a solo female I prefer hotel rooms with safety latches, you never know! "

Ethos Hotel – Oxford City
8/10 Good
"Friendly welcome, good adjoining rooms very useful for family, nice breakfast in the cafe. Bath taps didn't work."

George Street Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Very convenient and reasonably priced hotel for a visit to Oxford, close to the main tourist attractions and shops, but quiet and nice rooms, with a comfy mattress. The staff were lovely too! "
