The hotel was excellent. Very clean, friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, and air conditioning. The only downside was the lack of outdoor seating, only one bench in the smoking area.

Very good out of town hotel

Good value for money with a bus stop to Oxford right outside the door. Bus takes about 30 mins to city centre for 4 miles by car in half that time. Good breakfast but on one night there was no draught beer on offer in the bar, otherwise all was good.

A place I'll stay again and again

Very helpful, smiling, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Nice fruit compote at breakfast. Very quiet room with excellent TV and easily-accessed-by-car great location: terrific if you want to be well away from the busyness of the city centre. Very modern, fresh, well-thought-through and clean (apart from spider left squashed on net curtain by some previous occupant and spider running in corridor, also squashed).

Nice and clea hotel, but no car charging station

Clean and tidy hotel with good included breakfast. Lack of wifi coverage in lobby was annoying. No charging stations for electrical cars is below expectations in 2022. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The stay was okay however was expecting little more hence we had a good experience last year at Edinburgh Holiday in , almost all hotels we have stayed we get complimentary drinking water but at Oxford Holiday Inn there was none!!

Very enjoyable stay. Staff all very helpful & friendly. We were enroute to Ireland from France. Requested if the Hotel could store our Ice Packs & various cheeses in their Freezer & Fridge. They were very happy to do so. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, air conditioning was very effective! If you are looking for somewhere reasonable in Oxford, but within striking distance of the city centre, highly recommended.(Free onsite parking). Breakfast included! Only one minor suggestion, maybe June-August, Breakfast could last till 10am midweek?

Holiday Inn Express: we travel frequently through Europe and the US and we’re always glad to see a Holiday Inn Express because we appreciate having parking, an elevator and breakfast - which are not always available at more picturesque hotels. The HI Express at Oxford Kassam is a very good example of the chain - great staff (shout out to Aiya), clean and modern rooms, very good breakfast included, elevators and plentiful onsite parking. Only quibbles are that the bathroom sink drained slowly, the hand sanitizer bottles need refilling and most important of all, there’s no laundry although the hotel’s site claims there is. But these are minor, the hotel is a gem and close to downtown Oxford (20 minutes drive to Balliol College). Highly recommended.

Stop over on way home

The young lady on duty was amazing, who went above and beyond to help us when we arrived here and I would like her recognised for this as she has only been with you a couple of weeks. The only issue I had was that NO soft drinks for my daughter, she has autism and uses a wheelchair. Every other Holiday Inn has blackcurrant cordial and this one did not, leaving me having to go to a local store in very high heat to purchase blackcurrant squash for her to drink!!!

Lower then average hotel.

No extra blanket or pillow. Couldn't close bathroom door and pluss lock was broken. Bathroom floor flooding all ower after taking shower. Light sistem done uncomfortably. Soap dispenser gives tiny drip of soup(of course l can push many times but agai why). You asked -l answered.
