"The room was filthy it stuck. The bathtub was so dirty I wouldn't get in it. And the bathroom smelled like pee really really bad it was just nasty all the way around I would not recommend it to anybody ."

"The lady who was the hostess was excellent she was American! However the air conditioner so loud kept me from sleeping well and the shower was difficult to use!"

"Nice facility, well maintained, great breakfast, close to restaurants and shopping. Only issue was semi truck outside ran all night long making it difficult to sleep. This needs to be addressed."

"The property is in a very good location near shops and restaurants; the parking is easy and in front of the rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet but small, although there was room for a fridge. We will stay there in the future."

"Breathtaking views. Get the balcony room! Lunch buffet was delicious and well done. Service is fantastic. Water pressure was amazing. Nice hot showers, comfortable beds and pillows. Wish the rooms had a microwave and wish the resort had a pool. There is a microwave available by the ice machine on level 3 though. The hiking and water falls in the area are the best around!"

"Friendly family owned run business. Rooms smelled musty. Continental breakfast was minimal but adequate. Pool inoperable. Good for an overnight stay buy not longer."

"Staff helpful! They do not have laundry service at this location. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and train. The property was pretty clean but did allow pets so there was a good bit of dog hair especially in the elevator - if you have allergies this might be an issue. They were understaffed so I will give them a little grace and thanks to the staff that did come to work."

"Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok....

"The beds are terrible. They are on a metal. Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked "

"The bed was comfortable. The room was huge. The breakfast was wonderful. Sausage, or bacon? Bacon cereals and waffles waffles and the and yogurt and all kinds of kinds of food. The place was great. The people were great. The one thing I have to tell everyone if you want a room with a view, do not take room 215!!!!"

"Great resort, we did horse back riding directly at the property, and enjoyed nearby activities like gold mine, Dahlonega and Amicalola falls. We had a Hill view room and there was also a shared living room and a patio. We had smores next to the building. Free Breakfast was great as well."

"It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful."

"The chairs were all stained, dead bolt didn’t work and written on the door in marker it so indicated that. The tub/shower was missing the overflow/stopper lever and just had a hole there. The sheets were stained yellow, the pillows were gross/flat and just nasty. I literally had no choice other than stay bc it was late and pouring rain and had paid Non-refundable….so I stayed and it was gross."
