"Breakfast was excellent. Multiple options. Staff kept the food fresh."

"It was clean"

"Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect!"

"Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave."

"I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

"Room was very clean. Mattress and pillows were superb. Great staff and property."

"Very smelly room. Ice machine didn’t work work on our floor. Tub took forever to drain from a shower. Just an older building that hasn’t been updated. I did like the complimentary breakfast & the close distance it was to Bob Evans & Roosters. There was plenty of parking."

"For staying there for 7 nights we only had service once for our room and we were suppose to have it every other day and no one emptied our garbage for the whole week. I was really disappointed with the cleaning service."

"It was comfortable and quiet. The bed was amazing. The hostess at the front desk was very nice and helpful. It was a great stay."

"Great room and hotel experience. Very nice from room, breakfast and location"

"The staff, the room & overall facility was very nice. No complaints concerning the room. Staff helped us on more than one occasion. The pool was under repair. If it was listed as such in the notice I missed it. I wish things like this were mentioned before booking."

"Towels are pretty old, missing pillow case it took all day before we got one, nobody came to clean the room while we were out"

"We were therefore my sons surgery and everyone was friendly and the room was spacious and clean."

"This is a wonderful extended stay for families. There is a full kitchen with a stove top and a refrigerator that can hold much more than 5 items. I only wish that the sink area of the bathroom was closed off so I could get ready in the morning without waking up others in the room."

"Bedding had several burns and the mattress was broken. Almost rolled out of bed. Other than that, it would have been a pretty good place to stay."

"Very nice & clean. Only takes card though even for snacks."
