Loved the lobby area and the staff were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The pool and hot tub were also a welcome addition! I will definitely be staying here again.

Comfortable stay in Northfield

This was the last hotel in a 3-week trip from Boston to Minnesota, and aside from our hotel in New York, it was the cleanest we stayed in. Aside from a loose toilet seat and broken bathroom lock, the facility's upkeep was excellent.

The room is always smell like mold. The front desk people very and there is one nice person and some people who aren’t nice. There’s really no good hotel in Northfield, which is sad it’s a college town. It has two nice colleges and they used to have a wonderful hotel right on Main Street that was historic. I hope they rebuild that into something nice. The hotels here are all two stars. Nothing special carpeting everywhere and it all smells like mold needs to be replaced. Also, your room is likely right next to the train track so if you sleep lightly, it’s a lot of noise periodically when the train goes by

The decor of hallway and rooms is neutral/tasteful (except for burgundy wall in room. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom except for mold on outside edge of tub. FYI—limited rooms so if you care whether you’re on the parking lot/north side (one king bed), or trees/back/south side (two queen beds), book room accordingly. Pool & area is well maintained! Breakfast has good options. Not as convenient of a location as more expensive hotels in Northfield but just as nice.

Great nights stay

Lived up to expectations. It was clean and comfortable. Pool looked well maintained. Was a little speedy. The Friday night price went up about 90.00. But so did the other motels in area. Would definitely stay again

If steps are an issue make sure you are on the first floor since there is no elevator to the second floor. The room was clean and comfortable but the shower and bathroom floor as well as hall carpets were in disrepair. Breakfast was good.
