The staff is very friendly and makes sure guests feel comfortable. Many regulars traveling to the area stay here. It is average in amenities and location but great for the price.

Booked a room for my grandma and mother for a doctors appointment. Shes in a wheelchair first, they needed a wheelchair accessible room. They arrived and was notified after paying that the room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was down.. then, my mom had to carry my grandma to the bathroom which wasnt big enough for he wheelchair.. grandma called me so upset she never wants to book here again

The property is "so/so" at best. The elevator did not work and there was no food. They asked if I wanted breakfast in a bag, and I selected a "breakfast sandwich" but there were no food offerings nor was any offered when I checked out the next morning. The room seemed relatively clean and the shower was nice. The staff was pleasant but not overly so. The price was the determining factor and I guess I got what I paid for.

Room was clean and hotel was ok. Only issue was we had no hot water. Called the front desk and was told to run the faucet for 5 minutes. Still nothing. Finally a maide came and messed with the faucet. She offered for us to shower in a different room across the hall. Finally hot water arrived. Yet as spo. Ad the faucet was turned off there was no hot watet once it turned back on.

Things started bad when a sign on the check in desk said "Elevator out of operation. We're sorry for any inconvenience". My wife has great difficulty climbing steps and we had considerable luggage. I do give the desk attendant much credit. He did all he could to help us with a bad situation. He helped us get our luggage upstairs and offered to help with anything we needed. He was a very pleasant fellow. It's up to management to have a facility operational if they're going to be open for business and collect $140 per day. Additionally, the shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. We were also told there was a free breakfast with the room but there was NOT a free breakfast.

It was. very noisey. Someone knocked on our door at midnight. The 2nd night a dog in room next door kept barking. Then the fire alarm went off at 4 am beeped 3 times and shut off.

It wasn't clean. Floor was sticky. Elevator was rickety and stunk the whole time. "Breakfast to go" was a freezer sausage biscuit. No water bottle, no fruit, no granola bar. All around bad experience.
