"They need a designated smoking area away from the communal area. I understand not spoking inside and shated area's but that would help it be 5 stars. Specific rules can be set and if people don't folloew said rules charge like the rules says in your initial conditions."

"The check in process was painless and quick. Each staff member was pleasant no matter what was asked of them. Not that I had numerous requests. I was there for 5 days & it was great each day! No complaints!"
