L’hôtel a une vue magnifique a coupé le souffle mais manque de service le propriétaire est adorable mais le personnel sont négatifs et désagréable et pas du tout à l’écoute ,le linge de lit très sale pas de tapis de bain pas de savon pas papier toilette et on a même trouvé une toile araignée dans la chambre,le service est pas du tout à la hauteur de l’hôtel ,le petit déjeuner rien de spécial pas de spécialité du coin pour moi l’hôtel est une pépite qu’il faut trouver un personnel a l’attente du client ,l’image sur le site n’a rien avoir avec se qu’on trouve sur place
Je devais rester 4jours et 4 nuits j’ai fait 2 nuits et 1 journées que j’ai passé à Ourika même pas a l’hôtel

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und trotz unserer sehr späten Ankunft wurde nur für uns noch ein großes Abendessen zubereitet. Der Inhaber Mohammed spricht sehr gut französisch und kümmerte sich um jedes unserer Anliegen.
Der Blick von den diversen Terassen ist sehr schön und die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist nicht kontinental und bestand aus einheimischem Brot, Oliven, Marmelade, Erdnusscreme, Butter und Öl. Dazu gab es Tee, frisch gepressten Saft und auf Wunsch Kaffee.
Im Ort gibt es einige Hunde, die nachts öfters bellten. Es empfiehlt sich also, Oropax dabei zu haben.
VORSICHT für Marrakech-Reisende: Als wir die Unterkunft gebucht haben, gab es einen Fehler bei Expedia, so dass das Dar Soulaimane in der Medina von Marrakech angezeigt wird. Es leigt aber ca. eine Autostunde entfernt am Fuß des Atlasgebirges.
