"Great welcome and communication by the people running the house, its tucked away in a quiet place with locked and safe parking behind a gate. Rooms were very clean and comfy but I didn't have any food which was kindly on offer so can't comment on that. Very friendly welcome."

"We stayed here for two nights whilst attending an event locally and it was excellent, we particularly liked the availability of fresh milk and cold water at the end of the corridor. We also ate in the restaurant on two evenings and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Great overnight stay! Rooms very clean, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet especially for a Friday night! Rooftop bar was also lovely. Only downside was the parking was quite expensive compared to surrounding car parks. However this definitely would not stop us staying here again. "

"The apartment was fantastic! Done to a very high standard, fully equip kitchen. Definitely will be back."

"Excellent trip. Staff were all friendly and chatty. A couple of niggles, but nothing that affected our stay. We will be back again and will stay here again to visit our daughter. Special mention to Dave, the Head concierge who we chatted to each day and was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. "

"The hotel is close to Leeds train station and city centre. The hotel is very modern and was super clean and tidy. Upon arrival, staff were friendly and helpful. "The check in staff were friendly and approachable. Reception area was easily accessible and very presentable. Check in was easy and the staff explained elements of the hotel from meal times and local area. Room was very clean and well presented. The windows did not allow excess noise.
