Lovely hotel

The swimming pool and spa were excellent and the hotel provides towels, slippers and bathrobes upon request. You need a special key card from the reception to access the pool.

If I was only rating the hotel room, I would have given it 9 out of 10. It was spacious, well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good which is a rare find. The only thing lacking was a light above the mirror in the bathroom. Check- in was digital and easy. Breakfast was, however, a bit disappointing. For a 4 star hotel at this price I would expect a larger selection. Also, the warm dishes were cold. So all in all, I would give the hotel a solid 8

don,t spend a nigth in this hotel

the ladies in the front desk have to learn how to receive the customeers, they were rude & did give information about the hotel like: opening hours of the restaurant & the spa. we complained that the water in the shower don't run out. 3 days they did not fixe it. they do cleaning once in 2 days' the room was not clean - we put the sign of clening, they did not clean. one of soap bootle was empty- they did not replace a new one.......

Superfreundliches Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Direkt am Hotel beginnt eine schöne Wanderstrecke. Das Hotel selbst liegt idyllisch am Waldrand. Zur Verfügung stehen 3 Saunen, Dampfbad, Infrarot, Attraktionsdusche und stilvolle Ruhemöglichkeiten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist so vielfältig, dass eigentlich für jeden etwas dabei ist. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
