Great overnight stay

The hotel itself is rather old and tired and in need of a refurb. However, the welcoming staff and incredible breakfast means that we will definitely stay here again. The location is great, just outside Wavre, close to the motorway. Parking is easy and lots of it. The breakfast was one of best we've ever had. Freshly cooked sausages, bacon, eggs etc. Fresh fruit juice (not watered down like in some hotels), Warm pastries and a variety of other delights! The staff on reception and in the restaurant were also friendly, welcoming and smart. There is no air conditioning, however a fan was provided and the blinds reduce the sun. Coffee and tea is available in the lobby.

It is the second time we've stayed here and will not be the last. Overall a very pleasant stay. Our room on -1 was clean and comfortable. However on our late arrival we arrived to find the ac turned down to 18°C and this the room was very very cold, taking all night to become a comfortable temperature as the system did not heat. In the morning the proximity of the lovely little gym meant very noisy shouting and machine use which prevented us from sleeping beyond 7am. Breakfast was good, however with a busy hotel and only two on duty it meant they were rushed and food ran out without being replenished an hour before breakfast finished. These are small problems however for what was overall another pleasant experience. Parking is great, the location is super and easy to get to. It's very clean and the reception staff very welcoming.

Very good

Very nice modern hotel. Spacious room with deck outside for morning coffee. The only downside is missing bathroom door and lack of kettle/ coffee, tea in the room. Will stay again.

Needs to be renovated, but convenient

The location of the hotel is well in the trees. Rooms and hotel is very old equipt. It has to be renovated But clean. There is no cooling system in the room. There is no air conditioning. there is a little fan in the room. Free parking, good breakfast.

I fell and had to stay an extra 2days and could not walk . The staff went above and beyond to look after me . Room service even though there wasn’t any , ice , water , pillows etc . Even help with getting home . In particular, the daytime front desk person whose name I cannot spell lol was so helpful and kind to me . I have never heard of or stayed in this chain of hotels but based on my experience with your staff I will again
