"Crappy, first room the window had no screen and was cracked and the ac system didnt work, thankfully we got a second room, but the door was messed up and the upper door lock was broken, the pool was out of service, the onyl goodish thing was the "free breakfast" which was only waffles and coffe with bagels and cereal,"

"AC worked great towels and sheets were Clean but everything else in the bathroom didn’t seem very clean. Found hair on toilet and sink. "

"I have nothing positive to say. Paying over $150 per night for a room should ensure the basics of a safe, clean environment and friendly staff. The smoke detector was sitting on the counter, the trash wasn’t emptied, the tub drain was broken and knob sitting on the tub ledge, not all outlets worked, it wasn’t communicated there was no housekeeping for my 2-night stay. This was all after I requested to be moved from the first assigned room due to an overpowering unidentifiable smell. "

"This hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Luckily the lady at the front desk let me look at the room before I continued with my reservation and I walked right back to the front desk and canceled right away. They were very pleasant about it but I do not recommend this property."
