Friendly Staff , good location for food / groceries. If your riding the I&M and need a rest it's great . Laundry , morning coffee breakfast . There is a self car wash by Kroger to clean your bike if needed .

The price was excellent for our stay. We visited Starved Rock State Park which was about a 20-minute drive from this location. Culvers and Starbucks are next door. There's a really good Mexican restaurant very close by. The bed was comfortable. We had a fridge. The room did smell like curry and the breakfast was very bland, no protein, but lots of carb choices available. Definitely not the way Expedia described it in the advertisement. You may not want to rely on the breakfast there to satisfy your morning meal. We did have a quiet stay minus the motorcycles that pulled up right next to our window on ground level. All in all, the good outweighed the bad! Couldn't beat the price.

Staff was friendly. Check in was a breeze. Room was a bit well worn, but clean and cozy. Only issue we had was some of the lamp outlets in the room didn't work very well, if at all. Breakfast was minimal which was fine, but if you're looking for a huge spread, you won't get it here.

Great stay for less

For the price it was great, the staff was nice, the room was clean and beds were great. Overall a nice area and close to all the stores you need. Also the town was cool, we will be back when we go to starved rock again.
