The room was clean and the motel was on a quiet forested setting, but convenient to amenities and shopping. However, the bed linens were completely wrinkled as if they were slept in then used again. I think they were clean but just poorly stored after drying. The wifi didn’t work. The tv control didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk. All in all, the room was very overpriced for a 2 star property.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was large, clean and quiet. It was near the things we wanted to do without being downtown.

No wi-fi. Called guy at reception. He said it was spotty and that I should just wait a while. It did not come on all night. If you want a hotel and need reliable wi-fi to check business emails, for example, choose a different hotel. Also, there was no kleenex in the bathroom. I know that sounds petty but what hotel does not have kleenex in the bathroom? The room smelled funky. Despite this hotel being close to the airport, the next time I have to catch a flight out the next morning, I will not be staying here.

Clean room but second bed not made up so had to go and get bedding and towels. Ideally placed for drive into Ottawa. WiFi was poor

It is quiet and comfortable with a nice outdoor area with chairs for sitting around and relaxing. Unfortunately there are no restaurants within walking distance.

Mattresses had no bed bug safe cover. Blankets were stained duvets without cover (only a sheet covering the duvet). Therefore, bring your own blankets and mattress cover! Other than that, everything was fine.

Not clean enough... no garbage bags .... no functioning TV , terrible internet signal. Had to be changed to a room next to the office to get acceptable wifi signal. All together not good . Wont come back

This inn was good for a few nights. The washroom was extremely small, there was no hot breakfast, the sheets on the bed were very small they only went up to my waist and I’m a petite person, and when I had to check out at 6am there was no staff in the office. The bed was comfy and the room was an average size with king bed and pull out couch.

It's a nice older place, but it was in very good shape. Everything is clean and tidy, pretty seating area outside, easy to find and park. Everyone was happy to help and friendly.

Room was extremely filthy. It does not appear that they clean the rooms in between guests and areas like behind the nightstand and beside the bed do not get vacuumed ever. Found hair and stains on the mattress. There was also many small black bugs in the room. TV did not work to top it all off when I tried to complain to the staff they said their manager was not available for a full seven days and could not be reached by email or phone. It appears like there is full-time residence living in the rooms and some unsavoury characters hanging out in front of the rooms during the day. I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. I originally booked for three days but left after the first day and was able to get a refund From Expedia And rebooked at a different hotel.

OMG, found cockroach and spider net, the sofa bed was without sheets; the breakfast was included but we ended up having our breakfast in second cup, the only had cereal without milk and bad made muffins.
