"No large concerns although there were some dirty spots in the bathroom and the night staff wasn’t very welcoming."

"Great place to stay downtown. Can walk to just about everything including riverfront walk, baseball park and museum."

"Laundry access would be good"

"Very clean hotel and good staff.."

"It was clean which was the most important. We just needed a place to sleep. The beds are very stiff. It was like sleeping on a hard board. That was the only negative."

"Great stop for 1 night lay over."

"The rooms are spacious and the staff are very nice. The rooms smell a little musty."

"We were set up in a room for disabled people (at our request). Location was great but it was next to the maintenance storage room. Lots of activity with bins rolling in and out, door slamming, and bumps into the wall. There was a small patch of black mold on the wall above the sink. Breakfast was great, staff at the breakfast bar was helpful and friendly. Great location for activities."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights last week, and unfortunately, I was bitten during my stay. I developed bites all over my body and experienced intense itching afterward. It was a very unpleasant experience and definitely affected my stay."

"Great location and staff"

"Staff blamed new system for billing me after already paying for room through Expedia. Next morning when trying to resolve issue, staff was unpleasant with an attitude"

"Very nice and power friendly"
