"Friendly and accommodating staff. The public bath was very nice...inside/outside arrangement. Note: only a few rooms had western style beds. Most of the rooms were tatami mats and bedding for the floor, a unique and enjoyable experience."

"We had a wonderful and restful time here - the environment is excellent. Service is top quality. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the meals very much. Both the in room onsen and public onsen were lovely."
